How much does personal training cost?
Pricing depends on the package: in-person sessions in Zagreb are billed per training pack, while online coaching is offered as a monthly subscription. Reach out for a current price list — packages stay flexible so we can match your goals and budget.
Where is the gym located?
The gym is in Zagreb — Voltino, Selačka 1. Free parking is available on site and a public transport stop sits right at the entrance.
Can I train online if I'm outside Zagreb?
Yes. Online clients receive the same structured program, weekly check-ins, exercise videos and direct feedback. Coaching is available across Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia.
How long does it take to see results?
Visible changes typically begin in 4–6 weeks, but real, sustainable transformations come from training consistently for 3–4 months or more. That's why I work with most clients for at least one full quarter.
Do I need previous training experience?
No. Programs are built around your current level. Beginners get a slower, technique-focused start; more experienced clients get progression-focused plans.
What does the first session look like?
We start with a short conversation about your goals, training history and any injuries, then move into a guided assessment workout. By the end you'll know exactly how the program will be structured for you.
Do you provide nutrition guidance?
Yes. Every program includes nutritional guidelines tailored to your goal — fat loss, muscle gain or general health. We focus on simple, sustainable habits rather than restrictive diets.
