The program is conducted through the "Give 2 More" online platform designed for trainers and clients, which provides you with clear guidance, progress tracking, and complete flexibility in organizing your workouts.

The workouts are guided and you can complete them whenever it suits you — just start the video, follow the instructions, and work at a pace adapted to your abilities. The program is designed for home conditions with minimal equipment, and even if you don't have any, practical solutions are available within the platform. If you prefer, you can also do the same workouts at the gym.

Additionally, you receive a detailed and varied nutrition plan that enables simple and sustainable weight loss, without unnecessary complications and giving up foods that suit you. Your task is simply to follow the guidelines and stay consistent — results will follow.
