Individual training sessions are held at my gym in Voltino, Selačka 1. Usually, there's me and a couple of clients during a session. I lead, guide, and show people what they can truly achieve. The workouts themselves are strength-based, but there are also segments where we raise the heart rate and work on lung and heart capacity so people don't end up unable to climb a few stairs without catching their breath for five minutes afterward.
After observing and assessing a person's capabilities through the first training package, I create workouts that we'll follow for a longer period, pushing progression through them — that's where the body responds and changes for the better. I help everyone with nutritional guidelines, but in a way that's not off-putting, so they learn something and integrate it into their lifestyle.
As a rule, I work with clients for a longer period, at least 3-4 months, because experience has taught me that people need time for these habits to settle in and become part of their daily routine. If you truly have the will to change your life for the better and don't want to pay for a trainer in person, with online access you'll be able to do the workouts at home or at the gym. Trust me, you won't regret it.

In-person sessions are held in Zagreb. For clients in Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and elsewhere in Croatia, online coaching delivers the same structured program, weekly check-ins and progress tracking — all in a language we share.
